Lucifer is the Matyr?

I always have funny ideas and opinion on various religious view. One day when i'm driving back, an idea suddenly struck me...

Lucifer, also known as the Satan, is famous for opposing "THE GOD", and were banished from Heaven. He is the one who created hell, and all non believers will dragged to hell. That's my understanding of who Lucifer is.

But the idea that has stucked me few days ago, is that Lucifer MIGHT be the Matyr, just like Jesus. Jesus died on the cross for us. He sacraficed himself for our salvation, so that our sins can be forgiven and then we can enter the kingdom of heaven. So what stopped Lucifer from sacrafice himself for us, the mortal men?

Lucifer, name originated from Hebrew word, Helel, has the meaning of light bearer. He is suppose to be GOD's right hand man, the best angel of them all. I believe that before Jesus, not many people pray at the correct GOD. by praying at the false GOD, they are not permited to enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Seeing this dilemma, Lucifer decided to become the Matyr, and scare the mortal mens by sacraficing his own status, and became the Satan. His objective is to scare the mortal mens into praying to the true GOD, and ensuring that they will secure their passage into the heaven. Since GOD can even sacrafice his own son to save mankind, I'm pretty sure that GOD will not hesitate to sacrafice one of his best angel to "indirectly" guide mankind into his arm again.

Wow.. talk about ultimate sacrafice...

This theory also work since in a few yam cha session, we concluded that hell in Chinese point of view might be the other name for Hell that Satan has created (will write about this in the future). Since Lucifer's primary purpose is to indirectly guide mankind into the Kingdom of Heaven, he has created Chinese version of Hell. For non believers, Lucifer has purged their sins and let them reborn again into the world so they will have multiple chance to know about GOD.

So in my opinion, Lucifer has sacraficed himself by accepting the blames and accusation to guide the mankind away from the wrong path. He also has created hell to took the spirit of non-believers, not to torture them, but to purge them and give them a second chance to know GOD better...

*The above statements are based on the assumption that IF GOD REALLY EXIST, AND CHRISTIANITY IS THE TRUE RELIGION. So people from other religion, rest assure that I do not think christianity is the only true religion because i'm a free thinker. The above opinion are also written without doing any cross reading (yet), so the information might be incorrect. So feel free to correct me if i'm wong about anything.. :)

Book Review: The Book Thief

The book thief is a gift from my girlfriend, so naturally i have to write this first la.. i don't want later kena from her... hehe....

anyway, this book is written by Markus Zusak, and the book is one of the New York Times Bestsleer book, and i definately think this book is really worth that title.

This book's background is during the Nazi's rise. Even though i don't know much about history of Nazi, but this book has given quite clear projection of what happened roughly during that period of time. names such as holocaust, jewish, nazi, hitler, and mustache really make me want to do more research on these subjects... :) overall this book is excellent for people either know or don't know the history of Nazi or WW II.

One of the more interesting style that differentiate this book with other book is that the narrator is "Death", aka the "Grim Reaper". Unlike the Grim Reaper that we know, a skeleton figure with a black hood and large scythe, this Grim is kinda like a traveller that go from one place to another place, collecting souls. So rest assure that this book is not scary at all... not even when people are dying here and there...

The Heroine is a little girl named Lisa Meminger. She is "The Book Thief", because... well... she steal books. this book is not concentrated on how she steal her book, but it emphasize on how she react with other people during that sad era. those people included her foster parents, her neighbour boy (the only boy that really care for her), and a jewish (that time nazi want all jewish die, so having a relationship with a jewish is very dangerous at that time).

In short, this book is about a girl who was given to another family for better living and life. she lost her brother during the trip, and her mother are not capable of taking care of them. The next part of the book focus more on how she start to learn reading through her stolen book, how she cope with the new environment, how she survive the war, and how she make fiends and change other people's life. This book is full of jokes, tears, death, books, friendship, and a little bit of love...

personally, my eyes was "moist" at the end of the story. quite touching o... the best part is that the bopok reveal the ending already, but still can deliver such big impact o... so i strongly recommend this book... most parts of the book is very enjoyable, and the way Zusak wrote the book (the use of Death as narrator, and the use of colour to describe everyting), is pure genius... highly recommend to people who wish to have light reading...
